I'm your big big fan from 2015, i even know which video i saw😅😅It was from gymra abs workout - toned abs .it's one of my the favourite workout. Even after repeating so many times, I get exhausted in the end. It was my initial motivation. Huge respect and love.

Hi rebecca ive recently started doing work outs every other day and yesterday i tried this workout for abs, i must say, its amazing, today i really feel that soreness when ever i tense my abdomen muscles like sitting down etc, right where the six packs start to grow😂 i didnt think i was doing it right until i could see how those areas i wanted to be affected get sore the day after thank you so much ♥️
