I saw a video where a girl said to always say out loud, "I do not claim these lyrics" when listening to music, because it all goes into our subconscious anyhow and it is important for certain words to not have a power over us.

I start every morning by opening my curtains and letting natural light in, splashing my face with a little water, making myself some hot water with honey and lemon, and sitting on my front porch, and just starting my day slowly. I give myself enough time to drink my hot beverage, and then I come inside and I make my bed. I find making my bed the first task I do, really set the tone for the rest of my day and helps me start by feeling productive.

Oh my gosh please keep spreading the message on sleep! Women have got it so wrong thinking they they need to have less sleep and overfunction! I literally cannot function if I don’t get 9-10 hours of sleep per night! And I make no apology for it! 👏🏻♥️

The thing I like the most about you and your videos is how much you respect the female body, its needs, and in general the full female experience.
I grew up as an only child of a single mom and even tho I'm biologically female, I was basically the man of the house and still am. My energy has almost always been more masculine, more practical and protective and stoic, to the point I barely ever asked myself what I felt and what my needs and wishes were because I was tunnel focused on the responsibility of taking care of others and providing first and foremost.
Even when I started dressing and behaving quite feminine and men responded hugely to that, it still felt like I was just playing a part, cosplaying a seductive Marylin Monroe and performing a queen's role that I would step out of as soon as I was home alone again and could go back to my "knight in shining armour" mental image of myself.
Your videos are teaching me to actually sit inside my own body when I'm by myself, rediscover and reintegrate my own feminine energy instead of ignoring/suppressing it, explore and listen to my needs, do things that make /me/ feel good and taken care of (sleep, rest, slowness, mindfulness, self-care, pampering, and so on), and set boundaries for myself and others.
I thank my masculine energy cause I admire it and I still need it in my daily life since I still have caretaking responsabilities, and I do enjoy being in a masculine headspace and sometimes expressing it on the outside through clothes for example (I love how I look and feel in a men's suit, among other things 🔥), but I'm learning a lot from you on how to feel truly, fully comfortable in my female energy too and how to cherish it, nurture it and express it – regardless of who sees me or likes me. It's a process and some days are better or worse than others, but I think I'm doing better than I used to and I'll do my best to continue like this. So thank you ❤

A habit I do that sets the tone for the day ladies is gratitude. Talk to God, thank source for everything in your reality 🌞🩷 I love the sunshine so I always say thank you for the sun, the fresh air, the food, the clothes, my transportation, the warm water to shower in, etc. it just helps you to be present, to be grateful for what you have right now.
