I love how you mentioned to be aware of what you are consuming, protecting your heart and soul is important and that is through your eyes and ears, I'm Muslim and this is one of the biggest things that helped me with my connection with God. Music is a big no no especially with the type of music that is common nowadays, even the oversexualised shows on Netflix, I just think its so unnecessary, best to spend your time watching something you can gain knowledge from, sooo many good documentaries out there
