I really like this work out, its not too hard to where you cannot do it at all, but not too easy so you don't do anything for your body. It was very fun. Makes me want to work out more often. 10/10

She is an amazing trainer! She makes me want to get fit? Please have more videos by her! And I like these 7 min workouts! Don't take long, but are highly optimised!
I wonder if I should do this in place of running on treadmill? Or I could alternate it between the two?

Just did this workout a couple of times on a Pogamat XXL and feels great.  Great workout and you can hit play as many times as you want.
