Miss Lucy while doing workouts these days my knee is troubling me due to minor damage to it several days ago. Knee friendly total body shaping workout with 7 minutes utmost is what I needed. I did not do these exercises for so many months and started them now. I want to look good again as I feel like becoming fat again. I can't do workouts more than the said limit due to weight I put up recently.

Good morning Lucy ☀️ I did this work out from my hotel room as we are in Gran Canaria. Had to do in my bare feet to minimise the noise 😊 but a great work out and definitely felt out of breath 💪. Thank you so much 👍🙏.
