I am up for the challege!1 I am so glad I found you! I live with Fibromyalgia and can't get down to the floor. Chair yoga has been a savior. I love your videos because it is true chair yoga. I always feel so much better after doing your videos!

I have a fallen pelvic floor and Advanced Osteoporosis. My pain suddenly came on at the back of my left hip and goes through to the abdomen. I’ve been taking a lot of Tylenol Arthritis pills and which eventually stop the pain. I don’t exercise enough as you may have gathered. I am 69 yrs and getting weaker in my mobility. I am a Type 2 Diabetic and wondering if this causes joint and muscle pain.
