You're halfway through the series, so it's time to check in with your flexibility with Train Like a Gymnast founder Danielle Gray, who's joined by class members Ellie Aviles and Paris Nicole. To make the most of it, take note of your comfort level with each stretch!

In this series, our trainers will guide you through workouts designed to help you assess your performance in five key aspects of fitness: strength, speed, balance, flexibility, and endurance. You'll be able to touch base with your body and gain valuable insight into the areas where you're excelling or where you may want to improve. It's not a test or a competition but a tool to better understand where you are in your fitness journey and take pride in your progress!

These episodes are led by fan-favorite POPSUGAR trainers, and with the help of the class members, you'll always have someone to follow — whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced exerciser. If this is your first time watching, we recommend following the beginner variations and working your way up if you need more of a challenge.

During the video I felt like things were moving a little too quickly and wasn't sure the stretches would be effective, but afterward I felt AMAZING. Should've just trusted the process!

So I am on a 30 day strength training regime and I have been stretching but clearly not enough cos I was in so much pain especially my hips and glutes. I am gonna come back to this 2 times a week. I already feel better after this stretch than any time after my workouts. Thank you so much Danielle. ♥️♥️♥️

While the aesthetics of the video are very nice, I felt like the routine was all over the place for the first half of the video, unfortunately. It got better after that, with the individual movements flowing more naturally after each other, but I was still missing detailed explanations on how to properly perform each position and what areas to look out for.

❤️❤️❤️ so amazing love all the stretches for the body. I feel even more flexible than ever before. I love the move when we were on our stomachs, and reaching one arm back to the leg. It really open my chest and back a lot👍🙂

I can do most advanced exercises except for: 1:43, 9:01, 10:11, 11:36, 13:04, I honestly though I was gonna be way worse, I'm so happy :D
