Tap with us for a 20 minute full body dumbbell workout that WILL work your full body body! This workout is designed for light weights so you'll want to use a pair of dumbbells that are between 3-15lbs (1-8KG). Depending on the weight or your dumbbells and how fast you do each exercise, this can be made into a high intensity-cardio (light weights) or strength workout (Heavier weights). I loved this workout! I thought the weights were going to be “too light”, but they were perfect for the speed and moves. Definitely one of my favorites!

This is an incredibly diverse and fun work out. I'm recovering for a motorcycle accident and years of having a bad back and I made it to isolation split squats + curls before I had to throw in the towel. 15 minutes, roughly from warm up to "ok, that's enough for today". Love this, did it with my 8lb dumbbells and it felt so good! I'm just getting back into the groove of things and this is just what I needed. It's challenging but adaptable. I love that this video can see me through several levels through pacing and weight increases... well done
