I have bad cramps and back aches during the first 2-3 days of my period that are quite debilitating. I took some Ibuprofen, soaked in a warm epsom salt bath and then I tried this stretch routine. I’m relaxed and in little to no pain. Thank you for this!

I honestly can not find the right words to express how thankful I am

Thank you so much I usually end up in the hospital the first days, I can’t breath and just experience so much pain…
I avoided that for the first time after all of those years by doing these stretches….worked like magic THANK YOU SO MUCH 🫶🏻

The pain is still there but so much less 🥲🫰🏻

Dude, just give the stretches. Don’t force positivity on me when I’m literally dying from pain and dizziness 😭. My cysts make it very bad and no, I don’t want to take it in a positive way. I just want to feel better.

This helps my last few days because my cramps aren't that bad but my first 3-4 days my cramps are mild but I take midol and it helps with my cramps

I’m only 12 & I throw up six times on my period & have severe cramps to where I can’t stand up. It’s usually better the second day. These helped some thank you so much 💛
