This video focuses on back stretches for back pain relief ♡ More specifically, we will be targeting your upper back, middle back and lower back. The goal with this video is to feel relaxed and recover your muscles. You can do these stretches either after a workout or simply at night after a long day or in the morning if you want to start your day feeling relaxed!

You can do these stretches everyday if you want to! It's an amazing way to disconnect and feel relaxed while you're also releasing pain from your back.

Daniela, this is one of my favorite stretching videos. I do this at least 4 to 5 times a week. I was wondering if you could make a 15 minute video like this that focuses on stretching the same areas as this one. I love your 20 minute stretch video too, but I just would like one like this that is longer. Thanks girl 😘💖

i’m using this video to help relieve my back pain because in school i sit on stools nearly all day and that does my back no favours </3 i only started doing it today but in the space of this video my back is no longer painful! thank you so so much for this video 🥺💚💟

I absolutely love thoses exercises, quick and effective! I used to have days when I'd wake up and be feeling so sore in my back but since Im doing these exercises, I feel so much better and dont wake up feeling sore anymore. I just modify the last one to do a child pose, it feel so so good!

my back really hurt during yesterday's workout, and it hurts so much when I want to do the workout, then I searched for back pain workout on youtube and found her workout video, then I tried it, and believe me guys my back feels better, maybe her workout didn't work for you, but this worked for me, just try it🥰💪
