Hi everyone ♡ here is a quick 7 min stretching routine with exercises that you can do before bed! These are full body cool down exercises that will help you with relaxation and flexibility.

You only need a fast routine to help your muscles relaxed and recover. This is also great to avoid your body to get tense and increase flexibility. Perfect for right before going to bed.

I like to do these bedtime stretching exercises because they help me relax and practice my flexibility at the same time in only 7 minutes! If you have more time at home, feel free to keep going or hold the stretches for longer so that your full body gets into a deeper stretch!

Honestly this has been on my to do list is to start looking for stretching videos after I saw a post on twitter that says if you’re 25& up you need to start stretching daily or else you’re gonna regret it. And here I am 28 and haven’t stretched at all .. I had no idea where to start but this video was pretty straight forward and easy to do surprisingly I thought I was gonna make a fool out of myself 😂 Thank you ❤ I’ll be attempting to do this every night
