im not quite to the floor yet, but im definitely closer to the floor compared to when i started this stretch! ur workouts are always so effective <3 BTW i will update when i get my middle splits! good luck to everyone trying this.

So I did this video everyday for three weeks and I was able to get into the middle splits. Keep in mind I was already pretty flexible at the start of the challenge. I could do the front splits on both legs. Halfway through I was able to get closer to the ground. I don’t get as low as her but I am not far from her in terms of being able to do it. I only did it once a day. So your ability to get into it is based on how flexible you already are at the start of it

I'm preparing for the black belt in taekwondo, I'm really not that flexible and i can't do any kind of splits yet, but I'm getting closer to my side split and today i started doing this routine as well, this is my wokout plan: Pamela Reif split strech 8 min, this middle split strech 7 min, and Anna McNulty 10 min night strech. I'll update everyday!
Day 1: I've done all of the streches and I'm definitely getting closer to my split on right leg

I was in gymnastics for roughly 4 years, and then i had to stop because of covid. I used to live in my middle split but now ive lost it, same with my other splits. I am determined to get them back. Doing this until i can, now matter how long it takes.

I’m gonna update this every week :)

Day 1: I’m already flexible, so I’m close to the ground but not touching the floor. It does hurt but it’s bearable. It was hard to get my legs together after the last exercise thought haha

Week 1: My legs aren’t stiff anymore. I can get in and out if my current splits without cramping. I am an inch closer to the floor, and since I push myself every time, yes, it does still hurt.

Week 2: I don’t see any difference but i can now touch the floor when I do the butterfly. Other than that I am way more sore than before, but I keep my hopes up.

Updating everyday until I get my middle splits!

Day 1 - Completed! ✅ this was so refreshing and I felt quite sore after. I have both front splits so I decided to try and aim for my middle splits. I am very far from the floor right now.
Day 2 - Competed ✅ I’m definitely closer to the floor compared to yesterday. Still hurt a lot though, worth it.
Day 3 - Completed ✅ This hurt a lot today but I noticed my legs were closer to the ground while doing the butterfly position. So there was some progress

I tried doing front and middle stretches cause I’ve heard tight hip and leg muscles can cause lower back pain. Did both of your videos and a significant amount of my pain was reduced

Day 1: I did it. It felt really good and after stretching i got a bit lower compared to before.
Day 2: same thing. I feel more flexible but it's not that much of a difference from yesterday.

Day 3: missed. the gym was closed and i had no time anyway.

For the people who are trying to do this, I recommend learning the front splits first. I did and I’m closer to my middle splits now
