Today we are working on fixing that rounded back from sitting too much! We are focusing on opening up the chest, shoulders and back to help reduce tension, knots, and pain! This stretch is only 7 minutes, but can make a huge improvement if done daily!

I wish there were more of these workouts. It helps me so much with my backache after I have to sit all day and study. I’m in med school so hopefully gonna be a doctor one day, but you Maddie is treating my pains right now. ❤ Huge thank you for that

I have been doing this and the 7 essentials video almost everyday for a few months! I just want to say thanks for these. I broke my shoulder years ago and haven't been able to put my arm behind my back until now. I can FINALLY lock my hands together and LIFT UP! Huge transition for me! Thanks soooo much?❤

So good! A longer version of this for the days we have time would be amazing! Either a 15 minute version that goes deeper into the stretches, or even a full-length 30 minute stretch and strenghtening for posture.... Sincerely miss hunchback of notre dame :)

OMG guyyss!! I see a clear change after just 1 week!! My arms are no longer awkward. It's just 7 mins a day and the stretches are so easy to do. It helped me a lot...Thankuuu madiee❤❤

Really cool stretching exercises if you are able to do them😅 I am still fat and unflexible that these are like doing gymnastics for me. But my goal is to be fit by end of the summer, so I can do stuff like this. I am so serious that I even got personal trainer and personalized meal plans from Next Level Diet.

Hi Maddy thank you so much for this wonderful routine.
Unfortunately everybody is doing stretching routines for people who sit all day. I work in the hospital and i stand all day for more than 10 hours. I sit down only for 10 min. Everything hurts after a long day and i would love a 15 min stretch for people like me.... for example also people who work in hospitality. Nobody ever thinks of us. Please make my wish come true.
