Another full body stretching! This one is a little bit easier than my other stretching routines :) I also added vocal cues as you requested and it will really help your muscles recover and relax!

Don't worry if you can't fully do the stretches, just do your best and try to
You can do this right after each workout, in the morning or at night before bed! Whatever makes you feel the best!

During the third exercise my back popped, the back pain that had been bothering me for so long is now gone. After finishing this work out all my stress was relief and let out through just streching, thx love.

I really enjoyed this. It was perfect for me as I’m a beginner in stretches/yoga. I did include modifications in some of the exercises (instead of holding my toes I held my socks or just the back of my thighs). I love the ambience of the video too! I’m saving this video for future stretches
