Finally!!! Exercise videos WITHOUT 'talk, talk, talk' that drives me crazy! (and probably a lot of people too). I love them! Simple effective aerobic exercises, great music, and 2nd best of all, EXCELLENT RHYTHM with the music. YES!

I haven't been working out much these past couple of months due to exams and the fatigue that comes with them, so I've been feeling pretty low energy. I had to pretty much make myself do this workout but, boy, did it make me perk right up! Your videos have been a constant presence in my life ever since I found them over a year ago, and they've helped me a lot in keeping my body and mind healthy as I get through college. Just found these workouts. I use them on days I don't do step workouts. And I work up a real sweat. I love that Keoni (and his mom on some videos) do not repeat the same routines over and over and over again like many aerobic instructors, both online and irl. It gets so boring, I just watch the clock. These videos are fun, not difficult (which can be frustrating), get your heart rate up there (if you want), and Keoni definitely has great moves if you want to *try* (in my case) to learn them! Thank you Keoni - hope you're having a lot of success with your work. One can tell you care about your product - very professionally done.
