It's time for another 5000 step workout! Walk a fast and sweaty two mile walk with my rescued cats. Want a healthy heart...WALK, want a healthy brain...WALK, want a healthy body...WALK! Workout from Belly, Buns, and Thighs.

I've added some new songs along with some old favorites in this workout. This is also fast-paced so you could make it easier by doing smaller movements or keep it challenging by increasing your range of motion. So just move to the beat, enjoy the music, and let's get walking!

I am 80 and just finished your 40 minute work out. I really enjoyed it, however I left out that little skip step. Love walking with you.
