Thats all I want is to be able to move and have strong legs like I used to. I'm 59 and I've been doing movements and now can squat all the way down and get up without grabbing something to help and the pain is getting less. I love that you say you love your body the way it was created instead of promising these lofty body goals that are impossible to reach by most people. Im glad I found you. 😊 I'm going to do these movements with my daily routine.

Мне 60 лет, я русская, родилась и прожила в Узбекистане 29 лет, и уже более 30 лет живу в Америке. С удовольствием смотрю Ваши видео как на русском, так и на английском языках. Вы вдохновили меня снова начать заниматься своим телом – я достала свой 19-фунтовый kettlebell и вернулась к тренировкам, добавив некоторые из Ваших упражнений. А еще, когда смотрю телевизор, выполняю движения, которые Вы показывали на своем сером диване – просто обожаю. До Ваших видео я только ходила на пешие прогулки в парк и в хорошую погоду накручивала 10, 000 шагов. Спасибо за Ваши видео и за то что вдохновили меня вернуться к другим физическим упражнениям. Thanks so much for doing this. I have 2 neck injuries and doing crunches gives me neck cramps. I'm glad to hear there's other ways.
