I did it! It took a month and a half of doing it (almost) every day, but today I did the entire video without dropping my legs or skipping any reps! Just like Nicole! And twenty minutes from midnight on new year's eve no less. Thanks Nicole!

I wasn't gonna workout today but I saw that it was only 8 minutes long so I decided to do it, and I feel like you tricked me into doing more work than I thought I was gonna do hahah thank you 🙏

I was getting bored of normal ab workouts, and just not really getting the results I was looking for. So I decided to try out Pilates, and let me say, I love it already. It is so much more calming yet I still feel that burn. She does all the exercises so gracefully, it's genuinely beautiful!

I love how your instructions are so clear- the most important thing about Pilates.
It’s so easy to disregard some important points when you are focusing on the move; your instructions keep me in line and focused.

My abs were literally on fire half way through video...last move almost did me in, but I pushed through. I Combined this with one of your oldie but goodie 15 minute 🍑 video. Thank you Nicole for that soft encouraging voice of yours through a hell-fire 9 minute ab routine 😄

My word this is a hard workout! I love how your short workouts are still intense and worth it! I used this one to tack onto another 2 short workouts that I had done. Your are my favorite go to for exercise now. Your cueing is perfect and it's the first time in a long time that I've felt my abs work hard since I stopped doing aerial dance. Thank you!

Not that I’m doing this for this, but I have defined abs (almost a 6 pack) for the first time in my life. Been doing Nicole’s routines 5 days per week for 6 months! Thank you Nicole! I’ve never felt better.

I've done this class a couple of times and you can definitely feel the lower abs fire up. It's a super class to do when you're short on time but you want to fit in a quick and blast. 😊

This gives me the best ab burn i’ve ever felt! I still can’t do it without dropping my legs at least once but I can’t wait to get a stronger core and keep coming back!

Tracking my one month progress
:Day1: SOO hard, I feel the burn in my ab, had to take a one or two pauses in between workouts, got too tired and decided to just give up on the last workout position. But I do feel like this is a promising workout and I will def see ab after one month if I do this continuously everyday.
Day2: made it through a bit of the last exercise
