Excellent! This really helped to stretch and relieve some stiffness in my shoulders, neck, lower back and hips, after sitting for work for many hours today. Thanks for a wonderful grounding practice that reconnected me with my breath and energy of my body, not just my mind!

Thanks so much! My mom was really active, daily Qigong practice. I miss her so much, am so glad I recorded her on video doing her practice. I stashed them on Ancestream so even her great grandkids can see her in person!

I am 4 weeks postop for abdominal surgery. I’ve done a little seated qigong since then but my first standing practice was this video today. Thank you so much for posting this- it was just right for me today.
