Here is an easy 7 Minute Qigong practice that you can use daily to invigorate and wake up your body and mind!

It’s great if you have 45 minutes or longer to practice Qigong and really get your energy moving smoothly and strongly. However, most of us are busy, over scheduled, and overloaded. There’s not enough time in the day!

There are many types of stress. “Time stress,” when we feel as if we just don’t have enough hours in the day, is one of the most common stressors these days.

This is a really efficient Qigong routine that will help you get grounded into your body, connect with your breath, oxygenate your system, and move stagnant qi in just 7 minutes.

Of course, longer routines will have a stronger and deeper effect BUT it’s more beneficial if we practice shorter routines more frequently, compared to practicing longer, more complicated routines less frequently.

This is a great routine to practice as soon as you wake up, if you have been sitting for a long period of time, or you are having an mid afternoon slump. Before reaching for the coffee, sugar, or other stimulants, try this Qigong routine.

These short routines are also a daily reminder to just stop, be Present, and be healthy. Sometimes we just need a little time and attention for ourselves 🙂

This seven minute routine has been such a comfort to me in the wake of losing my son. I often don't start my day with Qigong ( or fit it into my busy days!) as I am always on my way somewhere or too hungry or the cat needs feeding or something... 7 minutes I can fit in pretty much anytime without excuse - thanks some much!

"feel warmth in the lower belly" I felt it move up into my back, lower neck, and even the sides of my head and ears. I didn't feel like I was burning up, it was super warm but not in a bad way. Hard to explain and really weird, but I enjoyed it. Thank You for this.

I've been off and on Qi Gong for 20 years. I use it for multiple sclerosis and it really helps release tension in my muscles and my mind. Love your videos, thank you! Peace and love friends

Nice :) Blessed the qigong workout. Always Slow Down your Movements
Something magical happens when we purposefully slow down our movements.

Our breathing slows down too.


Which relaxes us more.


Which makes it easier to breathe.


Which makes you sink into a nice meditative state of mind.

Thank you for this one! I have a lot of anxiety after having been through some ptsd and trauma and i learned that anxiety is energy trapped inside the body and i should try Qigong every morning. I have been overthinking every single small thing..and it gets so draining to always be on alert looking for danger everywhere..it even forced me to isolate and not being able to look for jobs anymore. This made me feel so calm afterwards..it felt like the energy actually moved around in my body instead of it being stagnant and stuck.

That was the first time I ever tried Qigong. I will definitely be trying out other videos and looking into it more. After a long day in the sun with my herbs and flowers, this gave me the energy boost i needed to do some house work instead of napping. Thank you!
