Qi gong is a practice that look similar to tai chi, but is easier to learn, and more focused on building your health and wellness. There are many styles of qi gong such as 5 Animal, 8 Brocades, and 5 Element and they are all wonderful! Qi gong is about finding a style that works best for you, depending on what you need.

The most important aspect is finding a style that you enjoy and that you are likely to practice everyday, even if it is only for 15 minutes!

I used to practice Jeffrey's Qi Gong every morning and didn't realize how good I felt until now. I haven't done it for a few years and realize how powerful it is now. I actually started crying during the horse stance and don't even know why, it just started pouring out of me. I think my body was telling me how good it is for me and how much it needs it. I've been very down lately, having migraines and nausea, I believe this and healthy eating will get me back on track. Thank you for being in my life Jeffrey.

I've been learning Qi Gong online for the past 10 months from various teachers. This is the video I should've started with. Thank you for this teaching, which is basic in terms of understanding WHY we are making these beautiful, flowing movements and what to focus our minds on as we repeat them. For other beginners, I recommend setting playback speed to .75. It won't distort Jeff's voice and I find that slowing down the lesson just a tad helps me be more present, less anxious about missing nuances.

As a teacher during COVID times I found I spent 8-12 hrs. a day teaching on a computer. My hips and shoulders took and carry the stress. I tried this basic video. What I discovered is I could use more of what you shared. I can wake up most days still feeling tired. This morning after 10 min. I feel more energy. I send thoughts of appreciation your way.

Beautiful! I've recently found my way into Qigong as I've been experiencing high levels of anxiety and panic attacks. I went to a class at my local yoga place not knowing anything about it and quickly fell in love with the practice. Since that class I went online and found your channel and have been practising it every day at home! This channel is really excellent for Qigong at home and is also very informative. I've learnt a lot since I've been watching your videos, and I always find them very well put together. Thank you!

Jeff: I been Qigong for over thirty years and have seen hundreds of different videos over this period of time. I must rate your video one of the top presentations I have ever seen. Noticing that you took all four seasons and blended it into one showing was wonderful. I have sent a copy of this video to my relatives and friends. Its not that what you show is knew to me but the presentation of it was just so moving and delightful. Well done Jeff, you did the art greatness with this fantastic video.
