Wonderful session. I have been following Chi Qigong with men doing the exercises on YouTube but yours I really resonate with. Thank you for your lovely presence. I am62 years old and in remission from metastatic breast cancer. I have been doing Qigong since the beginning of my diagnosis, although it was mostly men practitioners. I have been very "stiff" lately. I woke up one day and suddenly my entire body felt like it was encased in concrete. I couldn't bend or stretch, my ribs hurt if I tried to twist. I thought it was just a bad night's sleep. It has been plaguing me for 3 weeks now. I just did this beginner's exercise and feel more of my body able to move, in one session! I will be following you as this seems to actually be working. Forgive the bit of doubt, but nothing has touched on my ability to move with less pain and more mobility than this video. Very happy!

Dear LuChin I have been teaching for years Tai Chi Qigong ...and stopped 3 years ago, I became very ill in Januari and spend time in hospital when I came home I could not do anything
And in that time saw your lovely teachings and your smile ...I started to pick it up
Pretending that I did not need to teach but standing in your classroom
What a wonderful surrounding I love the nature ...slowly I regain my happines in qigong
