Exercises for beginners planche.
Really important. Make sure you warm up your shoulders before exercising and also do not forget to stretch them after. I suggest you do this routine 2 - 3 times a week. Enjoy!

wow awesome exercises man! I have been looking for a long time for something like this. Good job! I have two questions though. First, are all these exercises meant to be done all together in the same training session? Does the order the exercises are done matter?
