Simple : do exercises for your upper core, shoulders and back, no need to follow it just find any other exercises which includes these features

I got 10 seconds in 1.5 weeks with only holding my max (like 1 second) and also my like 4 second max with band. I did a few planche leans too.

You dont need qny of this just buy resistance band and practise with it within q day i achived the the tack pllaunch

Trust me if you can’t tuck planche trying this many different progressions is a waste of time, good to know but to anyone tryna follow this unless you have 0 strength then you will get this with lean presses, banded holds and scap push ups
