Excellent video! Well done Tara! In order to get my life back after a 2016 stroke I mimic these stretches at bedtime, in bed, and first thing in the morning. For what it's worth Tara is the real deal. Do the stretching that works for you. Everyone has different needs. I find that for me experimenting with stretches allows me to get specific and greatly improved my lifestyle.

Thank you so much, this is Gouri from Australia, 45y and highly educated : I always watched your video. I fall a car accident and full paralysis last 3y, I have a lovely family and support me all time, I have tracheotomy and I am eating purée level 4, doing regular exercise and sleeping 5/6h, do you have any suggestions and when I walk, my physiotherapist is trying once every week to stand me up and my right knee is not very strong so after 3stands I got tired :Please help me

At 4.50 I thought you’d gone to sleep on your comfortable looking physio bed. Then I realised my ear piece had come out, so all is well. Thanks for the warm-up exercises. I’m always wobbly first thing and close to falling over after getting up to use the toilet, sometimes up to 8 times during the night, so I’m gonna use your exercise routine starting tomorrow. Thanks.

Hi good work keep it up...i have a question my 5& half years old son has stiff knees(from foot to whole legs stiff)he can't straight his legs &he walks with bend knees...plz tell me surgery is must or only exercise is the solution...??

This will be a great extension to your morning stretching routine, especially for the deep muscles. A little more stretching for the deep muscles of the arms and shoulders, please. Thanks for the pdf, it's much clearer and more efficient to find new exercises. Have a nice week.
