I’m 57 and basically do only pull-ups and dips. I used to do push-ups too but have had to stop as I have been diagnosed with glaucoma.

Heyy Bobby, I’m trying to put this on a program but I’m a little bit confused. Is this supposed to be for an upper/lower program or full body? With the upper/lower it would be just 2 times a week and with the full body would be 3. Of course you can always double it on the upper/lower and make it 3. I just want to know how you would do it. Right now I want to join the marines so I want to include your treadmill workout for conditioning(the one you used for mma, it’s on your yt shorts). So now, for lower body, would just squats, lunges and sit ups make it work ? How would you program all this through out the week?

I like to lift my hands off of the ground for a split second when my chest touches the matt. It's surprisingly more demanding

If I do pullups my back hurts to the left of my spine and in my scapula area. It's so uncomfortable

For muscle gain what is the best way to go doing The Holy Trinity? I currently have a max of 10 Neutral Pullups, 14 Dips and 21 Pushups, but I'm nowhere near 10 reps of each exercise in 30 minutes.

I like to do my pullups naked i find it helps to clear the gym on a busy day never have trouble getting a machine.
