Cool. I wouldn't in one routine, too much for lower back, mix it up over different back sessions but that's just me.

I started building my back muscles not only did I get a thick back but my shoulders and forearms grew muscle in different places i could never hit and it shredded my waist and built my glutes and my Adonis belt developed. Realize i was only big in my arms and chest and working the back put everything together.

I need to strengthen my glutes and lower back first. I get an insane pump from barbell rows and really feel the connection but my lower back pain always fucks up my form.

I just did one of those exercises as today is back day. I do the bent over rows but with dumbbells. I'm a carpenter so my dominant hand is a lot stronger than my left. That's why I use dumbbells. Very impressive movement in this video. Keep up the good work.

Heavy dumbbell rows for high reps like a kroc row are great too, tbar rows as well for a weighted stretch and heavy overload

I would alternate between dead stop rows and consecutive reps rows. But in both versions, lumbar spine is the limiting factor and not the lats or upper back. Many of us would find that 45° bent better muscle engagement.

Want a big back? Pull-ups or chin-ups (with added weight if possible)
Pendlay rows
Chest supported rows.

Great choices, I’d also throw in pulls ups, starting wherever your at currently with them and progress them to weighted and strength allows it

I do all 3 lifts. For me, personally, I get very little contraction keeping my body 90 degrees when doing barbell rows. Find a position that works best for you. Everyone is different. Also, Romanian deadlifts hasn’t added any mind blowing size for me. But it has giving me incredible strength and power.
