OHP twice a week, rear delt flys twice a week, lateral raises 4 times a week.

I'm doing overheadpress (db and bb), lateral raises, reverse flys, front raises and shrugs for traps

Shoulders are my strong point I train them similarly. Heavy OHP(pr is 100kgx5), partial lateral raises while laying down(i prefer them since there is more tension when the muscle is stretched), and just band pull aparts. I workout at home so only have this equipment but it did enough.

my shoulder workout is seated dumbbell overhead press for the front delt and then cable y raises and behind the back lat raises for the side delt then leaning peck dec rear delt flys

Only thing I have to add is that lateral raise form will target more front delts than side delts.
