Update : Lost 3cms ! Nothing helped me as much as her workouts did to be very honest :) I have always been insecure of how my arms looked. Thankyou so much. I will keep doing my workout. Also, no i was not on any diet. I did it once a day.

I took my jacket off, looked at my arms in the mirror and I almost broke down. I googled how to loose jiggly arms right away. I was expecting pictures, articles, or a whole diorama of what to do but your video, Sanne, was the first thing that popped up. I just did day 1... my arms burn and my attitude turned a whole 180. I feel proud of myself and I can’t wait to do it tomorrow. Thank you Sanne. Can’t wait to post my progress!!

okay so i’m gonna do this and i’ll update u guys ofc
so my starting measurements were 15 inches closer to my shoulder and 12 inches towards my elbow :)
day 1: really hard and my arms are sore :( i recommend taking breaks between each exercise
day 2: still sore but easier
day 3: sorry i skipped but did cardio
day 4: my back got sore haha
day 5: hard but seeing results
day 6: okay way easy
day 7: hard because i did it twice
day 8: so happy i don't have to do anything
OMG I HAVE SO MUCH DEFINITION AND MUSCLE
my ending measurements are 13 inches by my shoulder and 10.5 by my elbow!!!!
i highly recommend this, it doesn't work right away but 2 days after u finish you will see and feel the difference!

Hi Sanne! My name is Anna and I live in Athens Greece. I am 64 years old and I've felt miserable about my flabby upper arms for years. I found your site on the internet and I'm in to day 4 on the the one week programme for flabby arms. I couldn't do the entire sixty seconds of the excercises for the first two days but I'm happy to tell you that now on day 4 I can do all the excercises uninterrupted for the full time. Thanks - I'm enjoying every minute. Do you have a home work out for Seniors cuz my husband and I would like to start excersizing on a daily basis. Your lovely smile and encouraging talk makes it all more fun! Keep it up!

I'm going to do this for seven days and (actually) report back. Starting point: 12.5"

Day 1: Done. It was tough and somewhat intense but I managed.
Day 2: Done. My underarms and shoulders feel tighter. The pizza shape movement is a little tough but I'm getting better at it.
Day 3: Done. I can definitely see a slight but unmistakable change in my arms. They're tighter, leaner, and look longer. For reference, I do this workout after I complete my Chloe Ting workouts.
Day 4: Done. It burns after a bit but it's working for sure.
Day 5: Done.
Day 6: Done. Definitely seeing more definition in my shoulders, neck, upper arms.
Day 7: Done. My arms are actually visibly toned.

I'm planning to keep doing this for another 23 days and see how it looks on the 30th day. Will update.

Update: I did this alongside the other one on her channel (I've done at least 50 days over there), so go there if you want to see updates.

I did it two times today, but I have been keeping up with this for two weeks and I am ADDICTED to the progress! I still can't do the whole entire video at once, but I'm much closer than I was when I started! I stop at turning my arms backwards in the circle they start to burn SO bad and get so heavy but I'm so motivated to keep doing it until I am exactly where I want to be!

you’re an angel for talking through the entire workout. it’s so much more helpful in distracting from the burn as opposed to just random background music

I love this arm workout! No equipment and no destroying wrists. I’ve noticed a big difference already in just a week. I do this twice a day, but the second time I just use my left side so my left arm can be the same size as my right. Seems to be doing the trick so far!!
