I'm 51 and flabby arms have always been a problem in our family since great grandma. I've been doing these exercises since I was a teen. I'd actually do more than this and I have amazing arms at my age. Do what this amazing doctor says because it works 👍

In addition to my HIIT and weight training, I do line dancing too.
My birth certificate says I am 65. I do not believe a word of it. I am really in my 20s and live like it. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer

Hi Dr Mandell I hope you receive my messages. Please do not think I am theatrical when I say you saved my life. I survived stage 4 colon cancer and became addicted to opiods. I became sedentary, depressed and started falling around. 2 months ago I suffered a tbi rehabilitated myself with your help every day. When I was able to read I logged into your channel. To cut a long story short I am walking unaided, I am practicing the exercises you give to regenerate muscle, brain, mindfulness and a planned healthy diet. I know I have a long way to go but at 66 I am up for it. I have a clearer mind, definitely on my way to a healthier body. I am concentrating on building my core which was destroyed by multiple operations. Walk up and down stairs, regaining balance. I am so grateful that you crossed my path when you did. I’m 63 and have always been thin but my arms are very flabby (thighs too) with a toned muscle on top of my arm. I did lift a small 4lb weight for several weeks faithfully 2 summers ago. It really did help but my arms were still flabby on triceps, though it wasn’t as obvious. I’m ready to start the exercises & stick with it. I felt stronger and looked so much better. It takes such discipline & dedication. I’m working on that to. I guess we must ask ourselves, “How bad do I want it?” Thanks Dr. Mandell!

So glad I found you on here. You seem very concerned about people's health. I lost weight recently and a lot of my muscle. I looked good before and now I feel I aged from the way my arms and legs look. I am going to do those exercises and thank you for being articulate and thorough with your explanations. You are a real genuine person.

The doctors recommended exercises are very helpful. I find apple cider vinegar is burning fat all over as well. Bat wings are diminished

One TEN LB wt you hold with both hands at ea. end, in front of you. Raise toward your chest and down. Great upper body and arm workout.

Senior here. I swim laps 3x. Week. Use swim paddles to strengthen arms.

My husband and I go walking 6 days a week for 45 minutes, then we ride our bikes for half hour through our neighborhood and we also use dumbbells to strengthen our arms. We eat a healthy diet. I'm 63 and woke up one day and looked at my arms and flipped the crap out! I lost 30 lbs and dang it, the arms started looking like a flag waving in the wind.😅 I will definitely follow the doctor's suggestions. Thanks for sharing..

I do excercises
But there still there.
I need to listen to you
And rid away with them
