Its been 2 weeks and whilst its been tough going, I saw the difference in about 10 days. My arms are starting to tone up but the biggest change is I've lost an inch off each arm. Now, for me that is a result, so I'm gonna continue albeit through gritted teeth 😬. I've been using 1 - 5kg dumb bells on some of the moves. All the best y'all

First time this morning. Had to stop only 2 times .I have to say I am 63 years old and I am proud of myself. Haven't exercised any in 4 years. Thanks for this video, will continue, feeling mighty proud

I have seen lots of video's but this is an one of the best video ....my arms inches was 11 inch but now my arms inches are only 8 inch ... within 10 days only.... Plz do this exercise...it's realy you so much...mam....

wow this is my first day, im 70 years old and ive tried losing my arm fat, and failed, but im going to keep trying cos this one looks like i can do it...

Starting my 4th week, after week the 3rd week, i noticed a great difference in my arms. I'm 72 and have done this work out I intend to continue. I can now wear sleeveless tops with out shame. Thank you so much for this excellent arm work out.

Day 1- Tuff, it was more challenging then what I thought. Kept stopping.
Day 2- Tried my best to complete each session, still stopped
Day 3- Very determined and tried my best to finish all of them. I did good for the most part.. but boi were my arms sore until the next day.
Day 4- Sore arms and still was determined. My cousin said she saw a difference in my arm already.
Day 5- Did pretty good.. arms were sore but still going at it....
Tomorrow will be day 6 for me. Really excited about how the results will look especially feeling and seeing a difference now. Great arm workout for women😁

After day 1 my arms were killing me. I’m now on day 8 and I do feel and see a difference. I use a 3 lb weight for some exercises. Also increased my protein intake.

Day 9 and I was FINALLY able to go through the entire workout without stopping or slacking. 😂😂. YAY!!

I use a 2 pound weight throughout the whole workout. This is my 8th day now and my arms feel and look more toned 😁 love this arm workout Thanks💜

Holy crap! I just did this for the first time (beginner level) and I will admit I tried keeping up but had to stop a few times because my arms were killing me which means IT WORKS so I'm going to keep at it everyday and see how much I can improve my stamina and hopefully see my arms transform. Great arms workout, THANK-YOU!!!

8 days in and my arms actually grew 1 inch bigger BUT its muscle building! My flab is definitely smaller but of course the promises of this video are unrealistic. I look forward to results after continuing this routine, which I really like

I am over 70 and have rheumatoid arthritis so I am doing these exercises a few at a time throughout the day, sometimes whilst getting dressed or washing up at the sink etc and I can still feel the muscles working

Started this last Tuesday 26th July and doing it every other day, feels like a good workout, tried a few others nowhere near as good as this one, been looking for weeks to find a good one, you know you've done this one, I use a 2lb weight too, fingers crossed it works, after a week I will step it up to every day. Thank you, will let you know in a month or so time, love it.

I havent measured my arms circumference, but after doing this regularly for a month, there is a noticeable decrease in both arm fat and back bulge... both used to hang ugly, now they have tightened and should go away with continued practice...Also increases

Started this workout 1 day ago (arms were killing me this morning) with the hopes of seeing results in 8 days. After reading the comments I’m more motivated and excited because it’s worked for many. I’m hoping I can be part of that group! Can’t wait to see the results!!!!

Just started today. It’s a tough workout….especially since I haven’t worked out at all in many years and I’m over 60 years old. But it’s definitely something I will do daily.
I feel the 🔥 🔥🔥 and I love it.
