I FINALLY did it! I put two old sheets under my knees so they wouldn't scream in pain the second they hit the ground and DID the floor exercises! They were SO hard! The rest of the video was a breeze in comparison. 😆 Now I had to take breaks and couldn't get the full forms, but I completed a full 30 min video! It s a step in the right direction. 👍❤️
