Hi thanks for your excellent content, in my life I have run Ultra marathons, when I ultimately decided that this wasnt very good for overall health and fitness, I started weightlifting, this was better for overall health, but mobility was an issue, then I started HIIT and bodyweight training this was better still but mobility and flexibility was an issue, I stumbled across your channel and found the missing piece of the puzzle, flexibility and mobility and am much better for it, I am nearly sixty and the combination of bodyweight and the introduction of your drills have me in the greatest overall shape of my life!

Can you make a video and explain how to ”fix” winged scapulas? Because I search on internet and some people says that you should do this exercise and then another one says that the exercise i found will make more harm than good! I have learnt from you that the connection and quality is the important but I still don’t know how to train the scapulas to not fly out from my back.

I'm guessing most of the time you have to self motivate yourself. I know you may have your friend work out along with you at times, but it's not easy to exercise when your not in a gym environment. You are very disciplined.

Perfect timing, since I just looked at the weather forecast and it is supposed to be rainy & windy for the next 3 days and I am going to have to start getting used to getting more of my exercise indoors now that the summer is over and the temperatures are beginning to drop & there are more storms; yuck.

That hip internal rotation exercise is great for me👍🏻 I could’ve used that years ago! My kicks would’ve been way better😉
