Do one or another or both... The only bad thing is not doing anything.

I did Calisthenics for warm ups, one arm pullups, flags, etc... Before i bench 500 pounders ...

And then i woke up..

Mixing both is the way to success.

Such as weighted pull-ups

I never understood why there are people who dont do both. I mean unless you are a bodybuilder working out for a competition, you dont need to focus only on specific muscle groups. I do pushups, I deadlift, I do jumping jacks, I bench press. All of these things are beneficial.

Callisthenics = free
Free weights = costs money

My life is a lie

The irony, free weights are not free.

So if you want to add stats to agility, you do calisthenics. If you want to add strength stats you do free weights. And if you want unlimited mana you do steroids?

"Bodyweight exercises are better suited to improve functional movement that's used in daily life". Well, that's enough to convince me.

Calisthenics are more practical. Most people do free weights to improve their body image.

I increase the load on pushups by eating more :D

The best exercise that will build the most amount of strength: weighted calisthenics. 😁

I got a legit ad saying "stop exercising." How ironic.

I combine pretty much everything... Calisthenics, powerlifting, bodybuilding and that's pretty much it.

you can flex more with calisthenics.

I've made my choice.

Simple. Duct tape dumbells to your hands and go your whole day with it. And wear a backpack with a couple plates in there.
You'll have gains and scoliosis in no time.

I love both!
I don't want to miss my Squats, Benchpress, Deadlift or Military Press, but I also don't wanna miss out on my pullups, dips and dragon flags!

A tip; do your free-weight exercises with a backpack full of waterbottles <i started after going to the store one day.> You can get good natural muscle definition with free weights. If you want to get really buff you need a gym pass or bench :( Being too into anything makes you an idiot; literally everything in life has pros and cons
