I'm somewhere near beginner and intermediate... It tested all of my will power, strength, motivation and courage....
I felt like giving up at the mid of fourth set but then reminded myself that all those three sets would go in vain...
Finished it completely without stopping!!!

not beginner friendly and too much upper leg concentrated. gave up at 10 mns.
