I got so emotional with this one i kept pushing hard and really felt like i was gonna pass out! I closed my eyes and that 10 seconds countdown felt like an eternity but i was ready for it

This guy has changed my life! I am so happy with my changes and hoping for better. I have now gained 17lbs all muscles and wearing the same clothe size. When I started my journey a year ago, I was 103lbs. I am looking forward to getting to my goal 125 and still staying lean.

Hey Chris! Some time ago I convinced my brother to complete one of your cardio workouts with me, cuz he was 102Kg at that time and depressed, aince that day he doesn't miss a single day of workouts, doing even stretch workouts when his muscles are dead, and so far his life has improved a lot in many aspects and I'm absolutely sure that u have a lot to do with it, cuz we took his weight rn after the workout and he's 87kg! Idk how to thank you but... just keep this good work bc you change a million of lives every year man. Thanks, really!

I was inspired by some athletes to start my transformation about 1.5 years ago. I was a skinny guy . When i was 16 i weighted only 31 kg.I started working out and chris videos helped alot. Now I can do pull ups pushups and now I am about 50 kg I didn't gained any fat I am just in my best shape of my life. Thanks Chris for these great videos. I consistently followed your videos and that helped a lot. Seriously bro your videos who will follow for like 20-25 days they will see a great result. Thank you Chris for making such great videos.

15 seconds feels like forever when you're waiting on the microwave but I learned today just how short it really is. Incredible workout my friend. I'll be back to try and actually keep up next time. Shew.

holy crap. ran 4 miles. 10 minute ab work out. then this. feeling amazing. sometimes i just need other people to lead me in my workout so i get pushed to my limits. this did that. i love the pike push ups - those and the tricep pushups really killed me. this water is going to taste amazing. thank you

I've been doing your workouts for the last month and have lost 12lbs, I'm small so that pretty awesome. Went from 162 to 150 and plan on gaining muscle weight!
