This was great! It really helps me personally when you have workouts with few/no breaks. When I take a break after each exercise I lose motivation to keep going because I'm given the option to stop. Thank you for having videos that don't let you stop. These are the type that keeps me motivated and going. If Maddie can do it, why can't I? You're great at what you do. Don't let anyone keep you from being yourself. :)

I finished this playlist! Soooo happy. It is possible to see the differences on my body! I used sneakers because I experienced knee pain. I highly recommend this! I also took a few more pauses than Mad! Hahaha

Hey just found your work out channel. So you may show modifications but just a tip show us the modifications for people less fit or with back injuries. Like the first move I would step into the plank not jump because of my fusion. It would just be helpful for those who don’t know they can step out the moves also and prevent injury. Just a thought. Same goes for more advanced. They could do push-ups on toes not knees. Etc. Excited to try some of these.
