Wow! My ADHD loves you! I have done a few of your Diet Dance Cardio workouts, besides it being easy and effective to do, the workouts are not repetitive, my brain hates repetition and then my body screams pain. I love doing your workouts while listening to podcasts. Your workouts are easy to follow and there is no instruction to listen out for. A suggestion I do have is for your team to put up stickers/reminders for people to breathe.

On another note, I just finished this workout and I am sweating bullets, I ran with 1.5kg dumbells during the walking segments. I used to love walking and running but I live in an overpopulated city which has air pollution. I will try out your walk and running workout next (tomorrow). I appreciate your work and am so thankful for your work. In this day and age, living in a stoic culture I don't smile much, I do like your smile. It is a good reminder to smile, so I smile through sweat and pain. It's so good for our facial toning/structure too. Thank you Burpee Girl.
