Just started the 30 minute workout and love it! Exactly what I needed to add to my walking routine. I've lost 43 lbs in the last 6 months and have 45 to go!

Thank you Petra, for your great channel. I discovered it 3 months ago when I was looking for a low impact routine. Your videos are perfect! Your program is sustainable and at my age (63) I can do it even though I have trouble with my knees and back. Low impact, but they get the heart rate going! I have finally found something that works -- my waist has dropped 3 inches so far!

Love this type of workouts, thank you Petra! I've been on the Six Weeks Summer Challenge programme and just keep going and looking for more videos to tone my body and get the endorphins back in my body that make me sooo happy and proud of myself. Working-out is truly the best medicine for me! Highly recommend joining this lady in making you feel better in your body and mind.

Week one done - i have saved my favourite 17 routines and have done a 7 day plan of 1 hour per day. Week one done and i am loving it 🙂

Hello Petra! I was doing the" look slimmer in 14 days" for 10 days, every day, and today I decided to do more. I loved it! I'm 55. I have not lost weight but it seems I look slimmer...😁🌞
