Das Workout gefällt mir richtig gut. Ich mag es gerne mit jumping aber das hat es trotzdem in sich. Hab ich erst gar nicht gedacht. 👏🏻

I loved it and also not at the same time; a lot of ups and downs are not that great, especially for the blood pressure; when I was doing my trainer certification, we were explicitly told not to do up-down-up-down, we were told either start standing and finish on the floor or start standing, go to the floor, do everything there and finish standing...but other than that great workout <3 <3 <3

It’s Tuesday, that means my muscles need some attention 🥰. No better way to do that than with Eleni’s Full body HIIT with weights video. After that I did this 40 minute video which I don’t think I have ever done before. I noticed it was no jumping which I like right now since I have a little muscle ache I’m trying to heal. But I discovered it’s not all standing, just the same I find it’s easy to improvise with standing moves while she’s down there on her yoga mat 😜. Hello Tuesday 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻. Thank you Eleni ❤️

Hi Eleni! I did it again after three weeks and it was a little bit easier. But NOT EASY!!! My heart is like a drum 😀 and I am sweat like in the spring rain 🙂 Thank you for your workouts. They are awesome. So many modification, types and speed. I like it.
