Just broke up for good with my ex gf. She would insert talking to some guys, I would feel insecure and ask questions. Then it's my fault for feeling insecure and asking incessant questions. And it's never her fault. Ever.

My recent ex gf who I thought was the one since she and I dated for supposedly 5 months ghosted me out of the blue. Gave me a half hearted apology then blocked me after I poured my heart out about how I felt about her and the situation she put me in. As I result of the emotional stress I found out she called me a stalker to her online friend group when she was dating me. Which hurt my self esteem which was already low at the time because of abusive ex gfs. That resulted in a panic attack that caused damage to the tendons in my heart (still recovering). I went into a crisis center because of the situation and finding out that she was cheating on me since thanksgiving. Personally love for me has been a struggle and filled with painful burdens that have led to depression, anxiety, and emotional trauma. For any one finding love I hope it is safer than what I have experienced up till now as I keep on searching.

oh man!!! this video helped me so much! I have an ex, my recent one. And she was just like this! The only problem is that I don't think she knows that she is toxic, I know her mom is a toxic person. and i'm sure that's where it comes from. My ex and I were together for close to 7 yrs. she was everything this video described. Out of this, unfortunetly developed anxity and pannic attacks through depression over this in and out of this relationship and still recovering from it. insted of yelling at me she just constanly has aditude twords me. but when she is at work (we work in the same place) she is very different. she was extreamly emotionally draining. pluss she was extremely controling, and always trying to get me to push away people in my life, friends and family at times. now looking back at this makes me realize how aweful she was. not to mention, she has hardly any friends, same with her mom, maybe one friend here and maybe one there but mostly they have each other as they are the same with like minded personality traits. i wish i could of broken it off sooner though. but now I know more and realize that she is truly toxic. And I do find it better without her, i feel better and still trying to get over her, because i miss her but I think its the companionship that I miss the most. she was loyal, but I think she had no one else that would give her the time of day other than me. anyways... this video helps me so much to realize this about her more and helps me to detach myself from her grasp. she broke up with me btw. and i'm trying not to chase after her now realizeing all this.

dealing with this now. Shes never wrong. Nothing is ever her fault. She gets offended at the smallest things and if I respond "sorry i didnt mean to offend you" she gets triggered and freaks tf out over what should be considered as an apology in the mind of any adult. absolutely exhausting. Claims all the time that she was better communication, but if shes upset and i dont why she wont talk to me and tell me. And when we finally do get tot alk she waits til the middle of the night and then doesnt care to listen to anything i have to say. As soon as i speak its tears because she isnt getting her way and yells over me. I blame idiotic reality tv for the most part. Where the show is driven by drama and damn near every woman has a rude roll their eyes attitude if everything isnt falling their way. Incredibly toxic and beyond exhausting
