WHAT IS BRAIN EDUCATION TV?
Brain Education TV provides mental health and mental wellness videos to help young adults with loneliness, depression, and anxiety. The foundation of our content comes from Brain Education, an academic study from South Korea that stems from over 40 years of research and application and has been practiced by millions around the world.

WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.

Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.

We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

To those of you who feel, as I do, a toxic relationship with oneself I tried this with the other person being that dark monster inside of me. That part of me who never feels like he can be loved, never feels he is enough, but instead feels shame and guilt. Thank you for this meditation it helped begin healing my relationship with myself. I hope others can find healing as well.

10:41 Today is day 90 of this practice and it’s utterly transformative. It brings such peace and a feeling of lightness, and the relationship with the other person is deepening and strengthening as the trauma bonds are released. Thank you so much, Courtney 🙏🏻💚

I burst into tears. Walking away from a toxic relationship is hard
I didn't realize I still have so much emotional bonds to this person and how deeply traumatized I feel. I probably need to repeat doing this meditation a few times. Thank you very much.

For those complaints about the ad, but YOuTube Premium, you won’t have any ad interruptions. These folks need to make a longing as well. If you appreciate the free video sitting thru 60 secs of ads is the least y’all should do!

I needed this. I wanted it to go longer. The cord is very long and I was just pulling and pulling, very gently. I just saw my partner and I like two hurt people. I was crying but started bawling when I pulled the cord from him. As I watched us both, we were smiling. I heard kids laughter from somewhere. It was so peaceful and nice. I didn’t want to leave. I didn’t even notice where the cord went, it slowly disappeared. Thanks so much for this beautiful, healing moment.

The most surprising meditation I have ever made. I physically felt warm when pulling the cord. I will be doing it regularly as I am in the process of healing. Thank you. 🙏

Apart from the fact that I was interrupted by two ads during a good cry and one in the beginning, which was very annoying, the meditation was amazing and helped a lot. Thank you.

Thank you for this video and thanks everyone for sharing your experience in the comments too, I just broke up with a very abusive person whom I was trauma bonded from. It makes me feel sane to read the comments and see that I’m not alone and trauma bonds are a strong and very difficult thing to recover from.
Focus on the light in you ✨
