You know what else? Nicotine. It works, but I’m so addicted now it’s really sad. I wish I never tried it. I’ll try these instead and hopefully wean myself off.
Off topic, but what’s the best way to quit nicotine? Should I just go cold turkey or slowly stop? Right now I’m doing nicotine fasts where I block off 6 hours a day to not use nicotine. My plan is to slowly increase that time window. Maybe I should just go cold turkey 😢
