Vit B12 is vital for those who are over 40 and a must for those who are over 50. Its hard to obsorb so you need to take a reliable source of it. B12 deficiency can affect your memory as well as your heart function.

I took a multivitamin for a few years, but then I realized that I felt the same with or without it, so I stopped. I have been taking a low-dose aspirin daily for the past 30 years. The aspirin is probably unnecessary, but my father was told to take one after heart problems, so I do the same. My blood work is good except for cholesterol, but even the cholesterol is within the recommended limit. I do exercise and eat a fairly healthy diet.

Sir i have spider veins on both legs recently done Doppler scan
Measurements is
GSV upper thigh = 2.4(right), 1.9(Left)
GSV-mid thigh = 2.2(right), 1.9(Left)
GSV-ABOVE KNEE=1.8(right), 1.9(Left)
GSV-BELOW KNEE=2.0(right), 1.8(Left)
SSV-UPPER LEG=2.1(right), 2.0(Left)
SSV-LOWER LEG= 2.0(right), 1.8(Left)
sir explain which varicose veins stage is I am present.
Is any treatment is required for me ?
