One really underrated tip: Getting adequate water + Electrolytes each day. I went from consuming about.... 700ml a day to ~2L per day with a pinch of salt and it's like night and day. Don't sleep on your hydration folks!

For me, Shilajit works great. No more brain fog and instant energy, low stress, and elevated mood. I'm 72 and feel as good as I did in my 30s.

I can confirm about vitamin D3+k2. I've taken multi vitamins for months, but didn't do nothing. I'm taking 8000 IOUs of Vitamin D3+K2 for around a month, and it feels like I've rolled back 20 years. From my late 20s, I've started noticing being weaker and with lower stamina and I couldn't do nothing. I've watched lot's of good things about VitD and tried it... Oh man... I wake up being trully rested, my stamina is huuuuge and I am more focused. My work is real work, not the office ones, and I must say that I am 3 or more times more productive. I also noticed that I now eat when I am hungry and the quantity that I need, and not eatting till I feel bloated. Another thing I noticed and confirmed by third party examiners is that I get hard like I got back in my 20s and there's no fatigue after wrestling in the bed for hours and hours long....
I will definitely take VitD for life from now on and I will raise my dosage from 8k (1 4k iou pill one after meal) to 12k ious/day...

Thankyou sooo much . I've watch five of your videos and pieced together what I may need soon helpful and yes my magnesium was low, could hardly breath let alone take long walks with out being so tired .
Also my tryptophan was low . L phenylalanine dose not work without tryptophan . It can send one into mania
So I started to take L tryptophan, lithium oratate and tyrosine and sit in the sun and take some melatonin .
Finally sleep and go to sleep .
But found Gabba and L theonin . Really completes it all .
Thankyou so much . I'll be watching them all .

Dr Berg Electrolytes helped with my fatigue. I saw his video on potassium and how much bananas and other potassium rich foods you had to eat to get daily requirements and how low potassium are in supplements. When I started using his electrolyte powder I feel more energetic and my dry mouth is gone. This guy also helped with my digestion, he is a godsend.

What do you think about the people who says lions mane is dangerous and shouldn’t be used? There’s a Reddit group that’s called “Lions mane recovery” and there’s thousands of people in the group, they tell their story about how one pill of lions mane ruined their life. I believe lions mane could help with my energy and focus which I lack a lot but I’m scared to take it because of these kinds of stories. What do you think?

Vitamin D supplements don't have nearly the same effect as SUNLIGHT. Also Vitamin B1 is a deficiency that takes a bit more time and attention for the proper protocol. B12 sublingual is effective but its an easy and temporary fix
