I got sick once...and took these Zinc lozenges. I noticed that my brain fog disappeared.
I realized I was deficient in Zinc...and started to supplement with Zinc....it was a life saver.

What actually worked for me, after listening to tons videos for mood, memory, focus, sleep, sex and calming the constant chatter in the mind due to high cortisol when you try to sleep.
1. Saffron- improved my mood, memory & sex.
2. Magnesium with Ashwaganda- improved my sleep quality, kept my cortisol down which I can feel instantly since previous anxiety was not there when I did the same routine. Libido back in the mornings.
3.Sun - walking in the sun, hopelessness was reduced greatly😂, instantly felt doing things instead of procrastinating.
4. Walking barefoot slowly: better mood, better thoughts, being in the now😊.

For years my wife and I experienced brain fog after taking fish oil, omega 3 supplements, as a result of that we did not take it every day. When we started taking it every day sometimes twice a day, the brain fog stopped. My conclusion, dosage matters

Hey did you ever do a heavy metal detox? My ADHD was high levels of aluminum and mercury in the brain. I got a hair test and an oglioscan. My magnesium, chromium was also crazy low. My vitamin D was low but I got prescribe 50k ICU synthetic vitamin D which if you know about the antagonist relationship between metals and minerals- not only was that vitamin D very dangerous without K2 and magnesium, it would not replenish the tissues without sweating and cheating the metals out. I’m 29 with decent muscles and 2 degrees, another on the way. I read all the time. I don’t understand why this took me years to understand. To detox I did a fruit cleanse for 40 days but that wasn’t enough. You need a sauna without radiation in it and an ionic detoxing foot bath daily. 6 months with the correct supplements like NAC, glutathione, magnesium, chromium pic, etc.

Excellent! I take the same five supplements you recommend plus a few more. I would add methylene blue, magnesium l-theonate, and MCT oil. In 1994 I experimented with 'smart drugs and found vinpocetine to have a pronounced positive effect on short term memory. Costco used to sell a supplement that included vinpocetine and ginkgo biloba.

I just recently started l-tyrosine 3x per day. By the second day, I felt like I had a lot more energy along with sharper focus and memory. I only drank one cup of coffee as opposed to my usual 3-4 cups.

The hardest thing with doctors is getting them to listen and order testing of iron, B vitamins etc. levels.

I was skeptical about your videos. No longer! I paid more attention to your videos. I ordered the same Adrenal Desiccated brand, along with your other recommendations. After one or two days, BAM! Headaches and brain fog cleared up. I feel daYum fantastic and alert! It may be my imagination, but the other supplements kicked in! I will schedule testing after a "serious" meeting with my primary doctor and blood tests in a couple of months.
