Excellent presentation. I need to check my vit. b6 intake, as I already take C D & Magnesium & Zinc supplements.
I do not take Fish Oil for Omega, as it is a blood thinner and I am on Eliquis for AFib & PAD. I also note that I
hold my Vit. D-3 supplements to 4, 000 IU, as at 5K & above I develop a skin rash. As a skin cancer survivor,
I do need to avoid sun exposure, so the high D-3 supplementation is needed. Thanks for the great review. I
am 85 and do have brain farts & memory overloads.

And forgat to mention calcium, omega 3, magnesium, collagen, and glucosamine chondroitin withMSM. My joints need support as well. Also turmeric.. nevertheless, a good diet is also needed like the Mediterranean.

Great info! I probably need more magnesium and B6. I could probably be more consistent with my D3 and vitamin C as well. I am just having trouble getting up and doing something when I have plenty to do. I often feel overwhelmed!
I'm a firm believer in nutrition AND supplements.
