Yoga Flow For Mobility | 25 Min Full Body Stretch - Mindful Movement

This dynamic, full body yoga class will take you through mindful movement meant to support your long-term mobility by creating strong + flexible joints. You will be encouraged to move with your breath while staying aware of your bodily sensations. This class is for all levels.
We begin with a gentle flow of child's pose to cobra with a side body stretch, arm circles, toe stretch and seated cat/cow. The warm-up continues with a flow of plank, downward dog and rag-doll. Other postures practiced are three legged downward dog, lizard, half splits, goddess, forward fold, side lunge, yoga squat and butterfly.
