Yoga Flow For Mobility | 25 Min Full Body Stretch - Mindful Movement

This dynamic, full body yoga class will take you through mindful movement meant to support your long-term mobility by creating strong + flexible joints. You will be encouraged to move with your breath while staying aware of your bodily sensations. This class is for all levels.

We begin with a gentle flow of child's pose to cobra with a side body stretch, arm circles, toe stretch and seated cat/cow. The warm-up continues with a flow of plank, downward dog and rag-doll. Other postures practiced are three legged downward dog, lizard, half splits, goddess, forward fold, side lunge, yoga squat and butterfly.

I really like the frequent, clear directions so I don't have to keep looking at the TV. The reminders to breathe are awesome. As someone who isn't very flexible, I also really appreciate the short, repetitive motions instead of holding something hard for a long time once. Thank you!

I don't very often react, but this was one of the nicest yoga classes I've found. Just the right combination of stretch, strength and ease for me. I feel energized again, I do feel like I've moved but not like I had to overdo myself. Thank you for this one!

Your classes are perfect for us and leave us feeling well stretched and ready for an active day or the evening classes calm and ready for good sleep. I did not expect to cry. When we got to the pulsing butterfly stretch, an unexpected emotional release came through. Feeling like I have to be strong all the time lately, that simple stretch gave my body the love and compassion it was yearning for.

I wasn't crazy about this video at first since I have rotator cuff issues, but as soon as she got into the hips my sciatica was immediately relieved. Wow. Absolutely wonderful for hip and mobility and sciatica relief. Very nice surprise.

I’ve been in a lot of discomfort for months from a recently diagnosed torn hip labrum. Been trying to get back into gentle movement versus running and today I was actually able to do all the poses pain free, a milestone day, thank you for the flow!

Thank you very much for this flow. I use it regularly for managing back tightness and pain. My only suggestion is for a period of reflection at the end that allows one to close things off with meditation. But perhaps that's in the app.
