This is vital in the home practice, and extremely beneficial not only for how you move throughout life but to set yourself up with a daily practice you can sustain and grow.

While we have been working on core stability and hip stability, in order to balance the flexibility you are no doubt already exploring/seeking - today’s session is all about neurological control and strength.

We are talking range of motion, joint health, decreasing injury, and increasing tissue health. We are talking integrity.

I’m really enjoying the diversity of the poses, in this session and for the past 11 days. Love the January challenge each year. I’ve been following you for almost 8 years now, practicing at least 5 times a week and you still deliver! Thank you Adrienne for your generosity!

woke up with a killer migraine and i knew i wouldn’t be able to do today’s practice. so instead i came to my yoga mat, put the video on and basically sat in child’s pose for 25 minutes. it’s the showing up that counts

Feeling sore today from yesterday’s run and yoga practice. Happy to show up today and hear: “we are worthy.” And “we are amazing.” I think the mental aspects of yoga are key to coming in alignment with our physical bodies. Together we are one.

When Adriene said whisper quietly to yourself, ‘I am worthy’ I felt like shouting it with a big grin on my face. I’m not sure where this came from but I’m liking it. A lot! Namaste Adriene and all you fellow yogis.

I read this quote earlier— “inhale the future, exhale the past”.. Yes.. I’m exhaling 2021 ..bye bye.

Today was my last day at the job I’ve been in for the last four years. When you invited us to whisper “I am worthy”, it hit home because I was not being respected or valued by my boss and I had to remember that I am worth so much better. I am worthy and I deserve to have a rest!

When I saw Benji draped over your lap I knew this would be a great session. My body was sore from a poor night's sleep, and in the end, I felt as if I had a yoga massage.

Wow, this one has been challenging. Did poses and variations I'd never done before. Still being surprised with myself and these practices after 360 days of daily yoga (I'm almost at the 1 year mark 😋). Namaste!

When she is laying on the back towards the end, you can hear her heart beating. Amazing yoga lesson, just her voice calms me down.

This is my first time doing Adriene's 30 day challenge. So far I'm loving it! Feels great showing up daily and making time for myself. Looking forward to day 11. Definately can see myself continuing on with future 30 day challenges. Thankyou Adriene 🙂

Thank you for this 30 day Yoga Journey, Adriene. What a gift. It's making such a huge difference to my days. It's become as essential as breathing, eating, and sleeping. I always felt that I had to do much more exercise to feel the benefits, but I'm amazed at how strong, flexible and calm I feel with 25 mins a day. Just shows that the old adage, a little and often, is true. Reading all these comments is making me tearful as it is so lovely seeing how good people feel and how they want that for others. It gives hope for humanity. Bodies are amazing! Love to you all - it's really motivating knowing that there are others rolling out their mats each day with me ! Thank you again. 💜

I missed day 6 from illness and yesterday - but I'm coming back and keeping going!! Usually, if I miss one day, I decide it's not worth doing anymore and quit. But this time I'm allowing myself grace. Even if I only make half, that's still better than none, right? :)

beautiful practice, needed this self-love moment for myself today. Yoga always reminds me that no matter the inner or outer storm I can always access a place of stillness within me. How powerful is that? Congrats everyone for showing up today :)
