Im starting my journey again. Was 96 then came to 84 .Left everything after a miscarriage for 6 months. Im 90kgs now. Nd I will start with this exercise now. I just love your workout. Will post my weight after 2 weeks.

Im gonna try this! I have tried many of your workouts, they’re really fun!
Weight: Around 70.5kg
Target weight: 55-60kg
Aint eating candy, but i cant diet because my parents cook!

(18/11/22): did till 20:38. I do know that its like not that much but for me its fine.
